Welcome Back from Spring Break!

Dear Ida Families,
I hope this message finds you well-rested and rejuvenated after a delightful Spring Break! As we step into the vibrant spring season, I want to extend a warm welcome back to all our students, families, and staff. We are excited to embark on the remainder of the school year with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
The spring season is a wonderful time for growth and learning, and we have a host of engaging activities and projects planned to make the most of this dynamic period. Families are invited to attend a listening session focused on harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB) and school climate.

Date: March 31
Time: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Location: Morgan Middle School Library

This session is part of the district’s work under a Department of Justice settlement. The district will share a summary of recent survey results and year-to-date HIB reports and will gather feedback on student experiences, district response, and areas for improvement.

The session will be facilitated by ESD 105.

Family input is an important part of this process, and participation is encouraged.

Politeness: Dr. Elise Herman

We are very fortunate to have Dr. Elise Herman, a retired pediatric physician volunteer at Ida Nason in grades 3-5. She has come in to do art, maturation, among many activities.

Please take a minute to read her article of Politeness and have a conversation with your students about it.

We appreciate all she does for our Ida Students!
