Weekly Information

This will be a full week of school with the district's early releases starting this Wed. 9/16 at 1:35 pm. We will release at this time on Wednesdays for the rest of this school year.

We had an amazing start last week and were excited to have our Kindergarteners join us on Friday. We are in full swing!

Ida PTO Meeting, Thurs. Sept 17 @ 5:30pm

Please plan to join Ida PTO parents in planning a great year for your student(s). We meet in the Ida Library and childcare is provide by Right At School in Ida's cafeteria.

There are always great snacks and fun people to meet as we work to plan activities, events, etc for Ida Nason Aronica Students.

Ida Nason Aronica's Open House

Thursday, Oct 1, 2026

5:30-6:30 pm

Come meet your student's teacher, tour Ida, and see what is happening at your child(ren)'s school. Mark your calendar's now. More Information in the coming weeks.

School Picture Day: Oct 2nd

Annual school pictures will be on Oct. 2 during the school day. Picture envelopes will be sent home with students and information on how to order online will be out shortly.

Drop Off & Pick Up for Ida

Drop-off/Dismissal Guidelines

Ida Nason Aronica Elementary

Morning Drop Off

Students Can Be Dropped off at 8:20. Please do not drop students off before 8:20. There is no supervision. Breakfast is from 8:45-9:00 and is after the start of school (Breakfast after the Bell)
School Begins Promptly at 8:45- Please Be on Time
Use the Drop Off to quickly drop off your student. Students need to exit the vehicle on the sidewalk side of the car.
Do Not Park or Exit Your Vehicle when using the drop off lane.

Afternoon Dismissal

School dismissal is at 3:15pm. Your child/children will not be left alone. Mt. Stuart's dismissal is at 3:40. Avoid Mt. Stuart traffic by arriving at Ida Nason as close to 3:15 pm as possible.
Early Release Wednesday - arrive for pickup at 1:35
Park and Walk - to meet your child. You can park on Cora south of the Palouse to Cascade trail.
Families Arriving Early will need to park in open parking spaces in the parking lot. Use the crosswalk to meet your child on the sidewalk.
Do Not Exit Your Vehicle in the pick up lane. Students should enter the car from the curbside.
